Database: Merge 'Album Artist' entry with 'Artist' entry.
-Link 'Artist' entry to canonicalartist field.
-Convert all possible users of artist field to canonicalartist.
-Tweak 'Same as current -> Artist' menu to also include albumartist field matches.
