From e90d53cea8e5e7add86fc03918d720a145dbf462 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Dominik Riebeling Date: Wed, 4 May 2011 22:18:34 +0000 Subject: Rockbox Utility: add build id to version string. The purpose of this is to allow versioning of builds. This is useful when a new build is made to fix problems with the build itself that haven't been noticed earlier (like the accessibility issue reported as FS#12089) as it will avoid false positives for the update check. git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@29824 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657 --- rbutil/rbutilqt/version.h | 6 +++++- 1 file changed, 5 insertions(+), 1 deletion(-) (limited to 'rbutil/rbutilqt/version.h') diff --git a/rbutil/rbutilqt/version.h b/rbutil/rbutilqt/version.h index a2f1da8b08..78db1d2f90 100644 --- a/rbutil/rbutilqt/version.h +++ b/rbutil/rbutilqt/version.h @@ -23,7 +23,11 @@ // contain a build timestamp because it needs to be the same in different // files // VERSION is the plain version number, used for http User-Agent string. -#define VERSION "1.2.9" +// BUILD is an additional build string to handle package updates (i.e. rebuilds +// because of issues like dependency problems or library updates).
